FAQs
Why is a Creative Brief required?
A Creative Brief asks questions about your company. Questions that are crucial to understanding who you are selling to. This document is the foundation for all the designers to work from. We want you to be successful and in order for us to help you with your goals, we need to know about your company.
Do you do other projects than those listed in your service menu?
Yes. The service menu lists the most commonly requested projects. If you have a project that isn’t listed, we are happy to discuss it with you and submit a custom proposal.
When do you start working on a project?
Upon receipt of a completed Creative Brief and 50% payment via Paypal.
Is there another way to pay for the services besides Paypal?
Yes. We accept checks. The same policy applies to check payments as online. 50% of payment must be received before the project can begin. Please plan for a delay in the start date when paying with a check.
What is a “concept?”
Original, custom design options based on the information provided in the creative brief by the client.
What is a “revision?”
Design modifications (colors / fonts) to the selected design/concept.
What if I want more rounds of revisions than indicated?
We will accommodate any request but please note that any additional time required due to client changes that are above the outlined deliverables per service will be invoiced at $75/hour. Therefore we recommend that you consolidate your feedback so that the number of revisions falls within the allotted number.
Will I have direct contact with the designer on my project?
We utilize Basecamp for all project communication. You will have access to the entire team during your project via the message boards, whiteboards and chat.
