Additional Time & Fees:
Any additional time required due to client changes that are above the outlined deliverables per project will be invoiced at $75/hour.

*What is a concept?
Original, custom design options based on the information provided in the creative brief by the client.

**What is a revision?
Design modifications (colors / fonts) to the selected design/concept.

Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with any of the designs after the initial round of concepts have been presented, you can cancel your order and we will refund your payment. Cancellations must be received prior to any revision requests, and must be received with 2 days of receipt of initial designs.4 If revisions are requested, then the project is non-refundable and will continue as requested.

Project Start Checklist:
In order to being your project, we must receive the following:

• Completed Creative Brief
• 50% Payment

Billing Terms:

• Order (3) or more services at the same time and receive a 20% discount on total order.
• 50% payment is required upon order with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the product(s).

Final project files will be provided upon receipt of final payment.
