If you are not satisfied with any of the designs after the initial round of concepts have been presented, you can cancel your order and we will refund your payment. Cancellations must be received prior to any revision requests and within (2) days of receipt of initial design(s). If revisions are requested, then the project is non-refundable and will continue as requested.

Billing Terms:

• Order (3) or more services at the same time and receive a 20% discount on total order.
• 50% payment is required upon order with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the product(s).

Final project files will be provided upon receipt of final payment.

ORDER

To order, simply download and fill out the Order Form and Creative Brief.

It's an interactive PDF, so you just check the service(s) you want and fill out the corresponding questions, then save the PDF and email it back to us.

It's that simple!

Once we receive your order, we'll send you the total. You must submit 50% of that total via Paypal before our designers will begin working on your project(s).
