In order to begin your project, we must receive the following:

• Completed Order Form/Creative Brief
• 50% Payment

 

PROCESS

We have streamlined the creative process so that you receive quality, targeted and effective design quickly.

How to Order:

1. Complete and submit Order Form online and Creative Brief.

   The Creative Brief provides the graphic artists with the vital information necessary to deliver the designs you desire. We welcome your vision and design direction and ideas. When it comes to your visual goals, the more information, the better!
   

   IMPORTANT: The Creative Brief must be completed before designers will begin working on your project request

2. Receive order confirmation with total via email.
3. Submit 50% Payment via Paypal online.
4. Receive payment confirmation.
5. You will receive Basecamp account information, any additional questions and the deadline for the project from StartUp Creative team.

   Basecamp is the online project management tool that will be used for all communication for your project.

6. Initial design concepts uploaded to Basecamp within the timeline indicated for each project.
7. Revisions (if necessary) We ask you to be honest and clear, so we can understand your vision and expectations.
8. Approve/Final Logo 
9. Submit final 50% of payment via Paypal.
10. Email file formats and mail CD with a variety of file formats.
